In college or universities, you are given a break of 30 minutes after 2-3 hours. This break between your work or study is very important because our brain cells are only capable of sustaining concentration for 1-2 hours at a time. After this time, they start feeling exertion.
Relaxing
After work, you have to do your lunch. Once you have done your lunch, now it’s your time to relax. Some of the people like to go jogging in the evening to relax. Relaxation is most beneficial for most people when it involves doing something completely different from what you’ve been doing all day. One of the best ways to relax yourself is to spend some quality time with friends, children, or spouse. There’s no point in watching television or going to sleep then waking up 2 or 3 hours before bedtime.
Preparation of Food in Advance
If you don’t prepare your own food, then it would be difficult for you to follow your diet. It is very difficult to find healthy and quality food in the cafeteria. You can prepare your meal in the evening by taking it as another relaxing activity. If you don’t like to prepare your food, then you can get the services of a maid.
