As Device Time Increases, New AI Tech Tools Facilitate Healthier Screen Habits

Whether still working at home or back in the office, many people are now spending more time looking at screens than ever before. In fact, recent studies show that the average American spends over 10 hours looking at screens every single day. For workers, this statistic can be over 50% higher on their working days.
