Yes, many of them have enough money to hire personal chefs and probably even people to make sure they don’t cheat on their diet when they’re getting ready for a big movie, but bodies like the ones we see on the big screen require a ton of work and dedication. Both Jessica Biel and Jessica Alba choose to do CrossFit in their free time to stay fit. Jessica Biel ranked #9 in “The Hottest Celebrities of All Time” and Jessica Alba ranked #3 in the same category. Both from California, if you’re ever in the area you can probably find them in a CrossFit Los Angeles. Diet plays a major role in their bodies, as they note that while they enjoy a burger here and there, they overall eat very cleanly. While CrossFit is one of the best workout regimes out there, a balanced diet is still important.

More and more celebrities are moving away from the traditionally cardio workouts like running or biking and shifting towards full body workouts. Kourtney Kardashian is one of those people She has moved to boxing. Not only does is work just about every muscle in your body, but you can also transfer the skills you learn in the ring into the real world. Boxing can come in handy if you’re ever in need of self-defense.

Another less traditional method of going for a workout is playing in a competitive game. When most people set out to burn some calories, they hit the gym or meet up with their personal trainer. Bieber, on the other hand, loves playing pick up soccer and is even on an ice hockey team. Playing in a sports league can be a great workout if you really get competitive. Blake Lively lost the baby weight

Just like any other woman, Blake Lively gained weight while she was pregnant with her now year-old baby. In total, she managed to gain 61 pounds over her 12 months of pregnancy, and it took her 14 months after giving birth to lose it again. For motivation, Blake had to hire a personal trainer to keep her on track. Blake did eventually return to her pre-baby weight and now looks as good as ever.

As funny as she is on the big screen, Goldie Hawn is not joking around when it comes to her fitness. One of her go-to workouts is a nice outdoor bike ride around town or through the park. She’s been spotted by paparazzi performing this workout early in the morning with Kurt Russell (who doesn’t look as happy to be on a bike as Goldie does). Regardless of enjoyment or not, a workouts a workout and it’s a necessary evil.

Getting fit is all about finding what works for you and what makes you want to workout again. Personal trainers are amazing motivators for some, and just an extra cost for others. Once you find what makes you tick, stick with it. Make sure that you’re balancing your diet as well, for a very large part of the fitness regime; it’s often overlooked.
