Create a training plan

Before you begin your employee training program, you must determine what your employees need to learn and develop a plan. Without a proper plan in place, you may end up wasting valuable time with information that does not help anyone, or with a badly structured program.

Conduct a survey to see what employees need or want to learn, then start working on the program structure. Start with the most basic information on your list of courses and then work your way up to the more complex courses. Discuss with employees and set training goals

The goal of a good training program is to help employees improve themselves professionally. But in order to see if your program works properly, you need to set goals and keep track of achievements. Talk to employees, find out what they need to learn, then set up main goals.

You can host all-staff meetings, where everyone in the clinic participates in training, you can set department meetings, or even individual sessions if a particular employee needs to make individual improvements.
